KM2124 Fields of Lavender

I am continually working to keep the expression of my paintings simple and loose. It is a challenge not to go too far and get too detailed in my interpretation. Let me know what you think of this one.
This scene was painted from a picture I took in Sequim, Washington where I discovered some wonderful fields of lavender and didn't have to go to Provence!

5"x7" unframed original oil on gessoed board
$100.00 + $10.00 shipping and handling
