I did this painting on the property of an artists' retreat/school. I was asked to do a plein air workshop there so I thought I would check it out and do a little painting on the property while I was at it. The owners have turned their 40 acre property into an artists' retreat where they conduct drawing classes, painting classes and sculpture. The property is perfect for plein air. You don't have to go anywhere else. The owners are great and I think it will be lots of fun. I will be conducting the workshop in October.
