Mom on Quilt, Full Sheet, Watercolor. This commissioned piece was done for a lovely gal to give to her husband for Christmas. They both love this cat so much and wanted a permanent vision of her for their home. This is a Feral cat and she only warms up to them. I was asked to paint one of her quilts but then when she snapped this photo it became the perfect time to do one of Mom. Mom is a very big fluffy cat and really does look like this. She has beautiful yellow eyes and that took a while to get down just right. When I showed it to her I saw tears in her eyes and a smile on her face. Her husband was thrilled and took it to work to show it off. I am smiling. Please email me if you are interested in me painting your treasure for you. arroyoellie@sbcglobal.net View my personal blog at www.elliesartblog.blogspot.com. Thank you, Eleanor
