A Painting a Day



Okay so Conni and I got a bit whacky with a glass of wine last night. We painted together on this painting until well after midnight. We slept about four hours and jumped in the car and drove to ST JO Texas to visit Donna Howell Sickles in her church turned gallery/studio. We spent about two hours there before heading home in torrential rains and lightening to arrive back and finish this painting today. We hope to auction it off or donate it to a cause for children. We had such a marvelous time painting together. We both had palettes loaded with the same hues and took off with different size brushes. I may put a series of our working together on my daily blog at Lauriepace.blogspot.com!
