"Door Bluff Highlands"
16"x 20" oil
Climbed down about 180 feet of old tree roots, rock ledges,
and interesting navigation carrying my paint gear to set up
and do this painting. Was beautiful seeing the bluffs of the
shorelines in this light.
What was not so much fun, were the nasty biting black flies
that sought to torment me for nearly three hours. I used up
at least three fluid ounces of 100% deet trying to discourage
them!
