Dusty is Sarge's (my Vizsla) girlfriend, and apple of my good friend Cathy's
eye! I've owed her this portrait for over a year, but am really glad that I
waited. Had I done it earlier, the brushwork would have been less
expressive. Funny thing about Vizslas is their coloring. They are a solid
mid-value rusty hue - allover! Toenails and nose included. Quite like the
gray Weimerainer (sp?). I really need to do one of Sarge soon.
