Strawberries Romanoff Mix in a medium bowl: 1 cup sour cream, 6 T Brown sugar and 2 T cognac.

Beat until thick: 1 c heavy whipping cream Gradually add: 6 T sugar. Gently fold the two mixtures together. Arrange in a glass bowl with approx. 4 c strawberries (washed and sliced). Leave a few strawberries whole for garnish. This is easily doubled. Enjoy!!
