This is the third take on the traffic scene from Sevastopolsky bridge in Kyiv. My dad just visited me in London and when I called to see if he got home all right, first thing that came up: going though traffic in Kyiv took more time then the Kyiv-London flight! This bridge is one of the most notorious places known for its jams.
