Painted in summer of 2006. Of course the painting shows the iconic Brooklyn Bridge which was the first bridge to span the East River and connect Brooklyn with Manhattan. Atop the bridge is the American flag (just a few strokes, 1/4" in width). The bridge is catching the reddish-orange glow of sunset and the sky is water is taking on the colors of sunset while the horizon is beginning to glow with a reddish-pink hue.
