Painted in fall of 2007, the scene shows the mighty Hudson River at sunset, with colors of autumn abounding. From the Mills Mansion Estate we can see, in the middle of the river, a small lighthouse out ijn the distance. The colors of sunset, pinks, lavendars, violet and turquoise are starting to descend playing off the warm colors of fall, in the foreground.
