Mandala Freeway Face, art by Naquaiya

"Mandala Freeway Face"
5" x 7"
clay engraving on masonite art panel
sealed, glazing optional, ready to hang

I've been doing mandala faces for a while. It is a process that is very centering because it involves working from the center outwards. The image evolves as you span out and you never know just where it will lead. Maybe freeway face isn't a romantic title, but to me, this face is a map. It's a road well traveled full of life's quirks, joys and foibles.
