Today I was able to spend all day in my studio painting and it felt great. Some days I let too many things distract me and only spend a couple of hours painting. I do take a lot of tea breaks but I am able to work on more than one piece. This is one that I started about a month ago from a still life set up down at Harbor's Edge where I teach. The ladies who garden there use the art room so many times there is a beautiful arrangement sitting on the counter. I took it out side to get
light exactly the way I wanted it and took a picture. This morning I was inspired by a painting that one of my fellow dailypainters did and decided to dive into mine again. It is great to have to many artists to inspire you daily. Hope your day has been a good one!
