Following a fresh light snow, this schoolhouse appeared to be "decorated in snow". While painting it I recovered a long lost impulse....I felt like I wanted to go to school!
This is another scene from the mountains of the Cibola National Forest in New Mexico. I teach art here at a private boarding school and this schoolhouse is on the campus.
