On route home this later afternoon from
Rhinelander, Wisconsin, decided to give
the gouache a run in the colder weather,
see what I might learn.
Added a drop of glycerin to each bit of
pigment I put out on my palette, and
alcohol to the water cup.
Painted a reddish value varied undertone
to keep the painting warm, and tweak out
the complementary contrasts...
