I started working on this with my class as I was demonstrating glazing techniques. As the portrait grew it called for a blue moon in the background which got me thinking about vampires which got me thinking perhaps this girl was on her way to meet her vampire lover. Anyways, it is a beautiful portrait of a girl against a blue moon ( I do know they don't exist... just as vampires don't exist, but it was fun so here it is ) This is on auction right now with a very low starting price and no reserve on my
