(Painted for day 16 of 30 of the Leslie Saeta paint 30 paintings in 30 days challenge.)

No flower or snow flurries yesterday but cool and sunny and found me looking at spring bulb catalogs. Tulips are not the best choice for home gardens because of the climate here but displays can be found at the Dallas Arboretum and the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens. Spring Tulips were painted with a palette knife and Holbein Duo Aqua water soluble oils. I ordered a set of small tubes to try out and find them very smooth and creamy to use.
I like torn paper collage and HERE is a tulip collage and it is also on my DPW site.
