Little Ladies in Pink Watercolor Painting

Little Ladies in Pink watercolor (9 X 12) is from a Wet Canvas weekend drawing event last weekend.  Not pleased with this - calling this a learning experience.  I loved the drawing, and when I started I had only pink  with a very light gold background, but then went past what I thought I should do, so I washed it all out, but it didn't work.  All the paint did not wash out.     I've probably spent more time on this than anything else I've done in a long time.....  I loved the shadows in the reference, and the pink the girls were wearing, and I really loved it at one point and should have stopped sooner.

 If there is something you must do and you cannot do it, 

you cannot do anything else.
