Amiens in France is a fantastic place : there is of course the great cathedral but if you leave the centre of the town, you can rapidly get lost in the "hortillonnages". No cars are admitted there ; you need to take one of the very special small boats in order to reach a piece of land where people make vegetables grow. The place if very quiet and could not leave me, as a painter, without emotions.
This watercolour (30X40 framed ; $90 excl. shipping costs) is still available. If interested, just send me a mail
