This is a painting that I just finished. It was started as a demo piece so that I could show my class how to do sky and clouds using both glazing and opaque applications. The sky is what we Oklahomans are known for. We have a lot of beautiful skys out here and this one needed to be painted. The painting in real life is more vibrant with a nice warm sunset and pretty highlights on top of the hay bales. It is on auction this week on my ebay gallery. Click here to go to my gallery.
