Unnoticed

Oil on Gessoed Hardboard (Masonite)
8" high x 10" wide

A few months ago I was lucky enough to find a celebrity while shopping at the mall, but it wasn't until yesterday that I decided to paint the scene as I was looking for my pictue references to finish the third painting that will go to the juried show at the Lawrence St. Gallery, here in Michigan.

Her name is Patricia Richardson, better known as Jill Taylor, wife of Tim "the tool man" Taylor in the tv series "Home Improvement" one of my favorites old tv shows by the way and this painting is the lady with the black tank top and the white shirt on top. Her hair due is different, still with her bangs, and maybe that's why she passed unnoticed. I guess sometimes when you are a celebrity is so good to being able to just go out and enjoy a day at the mall without photographers... wel not quite, as I was there and took a picture, or two.
