My husband loves to plant a few tomato and pepper plants each summer. We wait and wait, forever it seems until he is finally able to harvest one or two. We eat them faster than they can ripen...for awhile. All of a sudden they're coming off faster than we can eat them! I enjoyed painting this beautiful tomato in anticipation of what's to come!
