I am happy to say that this painting just SOLD. It's always good news for me when this happens and, hopefully, for the buyer. I love painting happy and cheery paintings; the world has enough lousy news for all of us -- why not enjoy some lightheartedness and optimism occasionally? This is what I hope to convey in my paintings, something a bit different, and a bit on the beautiful or maybe light side. Am I succeeding?
