I wanted to paint a very dramatic sky and light in this painting. This is a place in the Sacramento Mountain Range located in the South Central State of New Mexico, where many of the old western movies were filmed. This was a place where passions and emotions ran high, but without which is a very serene setting. ~ Enjoy!
