Sketchbook Paintings One through Four

 

Sketchbook paintings which  I wasn't going to post, but I do like the freshness and looseness of them.    The paper is very thick--looks like hand made paper --  so very nice for watercolor.  

Faithfully copying every detail you see doesn't work

 – too much detail destroys the illusion.
