This is my contribution to The Blame it on the Rain Challenge at DPW presented by  the very talented  Debra Bryant.
Her challenge: Create a painting showing rain.
In my previous post I said I rarely do cityscapes. Well, dang!...here's another one!!
.This was originally painted for the Street View Challenge of Aug. 15th. I changed it considerably by adding more lights and rainy reflections.
