Sheep's in the Meadow is on a cradled 3/4" panel Ampersand Gessobord and there is no need for a frame. It has been left natural. I like to hang these or drape them over two nails in the wall so it stays flush with the wall. 
The title? Maybe I'm thinking my next painting may be "The Cow's in the Corn".
